The Seller’s goal is to find a good home for the clients with either a CPA or EA who has an extensive background in tax and accounting. A CPA is preferred due to the two CPA Reviews the Seller completes each year; however, this is not required, and the Reviews can be excluded from the sale for an EA Buyer.
The Seller currently works out of a physical office in Glendora on a month-to-month rental basis. The space may be available to a Buyer who wishes to retain the location, though the clients can be easily moved to the Buyer’s office elsewhere in the region.
