This opportunity is best suited for a CTEC-registered preparer, EA, or CPA with strong individual tax preparation experience and the capacity to serve a high-volume, appointment-based client base. The Buyer does not need to be located in Galt, provided the office location is retained for in-person document drop-off and pickup, with staff being utilized to facilitate an out of area tax preparer operating remotely.

The firm currently uses Lacerte & Microsoft Office. It has a paper-based workflow with no client portal or e-signatures.
