The current office will be retained by the Seller; the Buyer may operate from anywhere in the Los Angeles area or beyond, as the client base is not location sensitive. The 2024 Gross revenue of $246k is derived from 121 Individual returns with an avg. fee of $1,776, 9 Trusts (1041) with an avg. fee of $1,529, and 9 Entities (1120/1120S) with an avg. fee of $2,019. This is a partial sale with no employees transferring; the Buyer will assume all preparation responsibilities.
